This place was as advertised. Nice clean house. Outdoor living space was great and my family really enjoyed the game room. Steve and Zoe were very responsive and answered all questions we had in a timely manner. Would stay here again.

Steve and Zoe were very helpful and responsive when we needed anything. Their home was really nice and we enjoyed the all the amenities. It’s definitely a great place to stay to relax but also to have a lot of fun with the family.

Fabulous villa in a great location 30 minutes from the main parks. Communications and the information/instructions on the villa were first rate. Villa is as spacious as it looks in the pictures and very well equipped. It’s also overs a degree of privacy not always found in villas of this type. The location on champions gate also felt very secure as a gated community. You will not be disappointed in booking this property we had a wonderful 2 weeks there, Steve and Zoe were super responsive hosts.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the game room was really fun, we spent a-lot of our open time there. The hot tub had a heating element go out, but Steve was highly responsive to the issue. Overall a great stay and we plan to stay here again. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in a number of Florida villas across a range of gated communities and would have to say that Steve and Zoe as hosts, the villa and the location are by far the best we have stayed in. The whole process and the helpful communication from Steve throughout made this a great choice, wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again - thanks both for a great stay!
