Dtb was very friendly and responsive. There was a miscommunication during booking but they were eager to make it right. The home is a wonderful size for 4 families. Plenty of amenities (pool, hot tub, theater, game room). Gated community with keyless entry. The houses are on top of each other so be aware you will see all of your neighbors in the screened in pool areas. We would have enjoyed more mature trees (shade) in the neighborhood, walking areas, and at the pool areas/clubhouse. Also would have liked poolside service. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend it.

My family had a great time at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and willing to accommodate when we needed help. The home was very clean and well kept. There was so much to do in and around the home as well. If you’re looking for a nice and easy stay I would recommend this home. They really helped a lot after my family faced a stressful Airbnb booking with a different host that resulted in us having to find accommodations on quick notice for a large group. I couldn’t have been more happy that we stumbled on this place while sifting through the app. I would definitely stay at this listing again!

This home was a great stay. A few upgrades in furniture won't hurt but overall, we felt at home. The host was absolutely amazing with regards to response and response time to any inquiries or concerns we may have had. There is a beeping noise that comes from the wifi or internet box in the King bedroom closet that was extremely annoying that we had to cover with a pillow to get some sleep but, ultimately we had a great time in the home.
