We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights at Moonahridge. It was ideal for 8 golfers exploring the marvellous Mornington golf courses. The house had all the facilities you would wish for, and all in good condition. The spa bath and artesian baths were an excellent way to relax at the end of the day. The views from the house are breathtaking and it is so close to Rye and surrounding attractions and restaurants. Jane's communication before the trip in response to our changing needs and questions were excellent and she made sure everything was fine once we had landed. Great host in a great house. It would be ideal for families as well as for an all adult stay, with several living/entertainment rooms to have you own space in this beautiful setting. Thanks Jane.

This property is absolutely beautifully situated with incredible views and a good layout for big families. We’ve appreciated Jane’s good communication and had a good time. However, it is probably the most poorly maintained Airbnb property I have ever stayed at. We ran into many issues around the house including broken, run down and dangerous things including broken glass and a sharp broken metal post on a recliner chair which one of our group cut themselves on. In addition to general poor cleanliness, including left behind butts. Also many things missing from the house that were advertised as available. Before arrival we were asked to pay an extra fee for the pool beyond the “$95 per stay” advertised. It’s a big house so of course there’s lots of cleaning and maintenance required but it’s also rented out for many thousands of dollars per week, so I think it’s reasonable for guests to expect a clean house, with all the advertised facilities available and in safe working order.

Had a fantastic time with 3 generations staying. Gorgeous views, plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied. Great layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. Theatre room was a bonus, nice to have so many areas to relax. Loved the swim spa. Rooftop space was amazing for star gazing and just listening to the waves. Jane was always proactive and a great communicator.

Jane was super helpful and the place was amazing. Views are 10/10 and the perfect place to enjoy some fun times with friends. Power tripped on the spa randomly which meant it didn't heat up in time for a second night was our only gripe. Other than that it was perfect.

Awesome, spacious place for our extended family getaway. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds although did struggle in the double beds due to all being tall! Unfortunately spa was not in great working order for the extra dollars we paid (jane very responsive in trying to assist though). Unfortunately most doors and windows lacked fly wire screens so unable to leave them open in bedroom overnight due to mozzies. Otherwise the views and overall weekend away was amazing! Rooftop bar was awesome. Thank you
