We book this accommodation for my husbands parents, Teresa was lovely and friendly on check in and on one other occasion when we met her. My in-laws said she was helpful and friendly and cooked breakfast every morning for those that wanted it. The place appeared nice and clean and the bedroom was spacious. The only negative thing my in-laws had to say was that Teresa daily left their bedroom door opened to air the room when they were out, and they would return to the B&B to find the room door pinned opened. This made them uncomfortable as there were several other guests also staying that walked passed their bedroom on entry and exit as they room was beside the front entrance and their passports and valuables were inside. That said, they did not communicate this concern to Teresa. I sure if they had she would not have left their door opened.

Palms is a nice little BnB situated close to the Warwick shopping centre which includes options for eating out. The room was en suite and, while not a modern decor, everything was clean and functional and great value for the price, this included kettle and microwave. The house was very quiet and my privacy was respected. Teresa is a friendly host who met me at check-in, despite a late arrival on Sunday night. She really does her best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I was travelling for a 5 day course North of Perth so the location and accommodation was perfect for me. The only thing to note is that breakfast isn't served til 0830 which is a bit late for some travellers, that being said Teresa will provide you with a light breakfast to keep in your room overnight if requested. Overall a great stay and I would happily stay again.

Teresa was a lovely host! She was genuinely interested in my life and travels. She cares about her guests, and I highly recommend staying here!
