Our stay here was incredible. The hospitality we received from start to finish was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we greeted by Tassei, who is part of their team. We hardly know any Japanese besides the basics. Communication was not an issue whatsoever. The amenities provided were that of a traditional Japanese style house which was awesome. The interior design and aesthetic of the place was amazing and very comforting. After we got settled in, Tassei actually helped us in planning our whole stay in Suzaka(2 days). Every single recommendation we went to was phenomal. On the last night we met the rest of the staff and they were incredibly nice and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we had prior commitments. The staff went so far as giving us a ride to the station, which was above and beyond anything we asked for. We will be putting this on our recommendations for family and friends as a must stay location. Again, thanks Tassei for doing such a fantastic job!

We had an awesome few days with Marina and her staff. We were also travelling with a small baby and they were more than accommodating. Really appreciated the local recommendations! Thank you so much we will be back!

Marinas place was a beautiful spot. They also gave us a lot of resources on things to do in the local area and lots of great restaurants!! Definitely a hidden gem.

We loved our stay at Marinas place. The room was very cozy and we liked the Japanese atmosphere a lot. Marina and Narumi are such nice people, who gave us useful tips and made us feel so welcomed. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our experience here so much; wish we could have stayed longer! The city was very pretty and Yuki gave us so much information about things to do, and some great restaurant recommendations. We loved trying the traditional Japanese style.
