We were a group of two families (4 adults, 6 children aged 10 to 17). We spent a full week in this wonderful house. Eralda was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house itself looks even better than indicated on the photos. It is furnished in a very tasteful manner and is well equipped. It provides sufficient space for 10 people to dine/chill/sit together, outside as well as inside. At the same time it is structured in such a way that everyone could always find a quiet place for him/herself if desired (for example for studying). The view from the terrace and the pool is magnificent, so we spent quite some time there. Culturally interesting places like Assisi, Orvieto and Perugia are reachable within a one hour drive. The house has a gym and the area is wonderful for racebikers and trailrunners. All together, this place is a gem and we will definitely visit again.

A beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated Italian country house, situated on top of a hill - with a stunning view. Lovely sorroundings, large swimming pool, gym, table tennis etc. If you are searching for a summer house in beautiful Umbria, this is the perfect place❤️ Eralda is a super and very attending host.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful house. The spaces worked perfectly for our party of 12 and we were able to come together or be separate as we wished. When we weren’t exploring nearby gorgeous towns, we spent mornings gathered on the front terrace sipping coffee, hot afternoons by the pool and evenings at the long outdoor table enjoying delicious Umbrian cuisine prepared by a wonderful local lady or cooked by us on the outdoor grill. The views at this property are jaw-droppingly beautiful and we loved watching the light and shadows play over the countryside as the day and evening progressed. When night fell we were captivated by the fireflies twinkling in the woods. Eralda was a kind, generous and communicative host and we were delighted by the fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden and other treats. It was very hard to leave.

Our stay at Eralda's was lovely. Not only was the house just what we were looking for (views, spacious, a home that felt like a family home) but Eralda herself could not have been more helpful with recommendations and connections. She was service-oriented, checking in with us to make sure everything was to our expectations and made our country home stay outstanding.

Do you know feeling at home from the first moment when you arrive? That’s exactly what we’ve experienced at this wonderful spot. Needless to say, that the pictures provided on AirBnB are underestimating the house and the environment, but what you see here is what you get as a minimum. Situated on a hill at the countryside you expire relaxing days at the big pool and enjoy your lunch or dinner at different places around the house. Two minutes by car and you’ll get pizza in a typical Italian restaurant, 20 min and you can buy everything you need in a big shopping center. Eralda is a wonderful and kind host, very helpful, quick to respond and solution oriented. We really appreciated the contact with her and thank her for all the efforts she made for us. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it!
