The pictures were very nice but beware. The place needs a complete overhaul, right to new grout on the tiles (they are vey sharp). The dinning table only has two chairs that were ok to sit on. The couch and living room chair needs to be cleaned. There are only two chairs for the down stairs patio. I had to move two plastic chairs upstairs for the other patio. We didn’t get Tv cable for the first 23 days(told to stream) so no news or sports ..the Point closed the pool a few times during our stay. Construction is constant as many people are updating their places. Even right next door and extra loud as they are removing concrete. (We did get compensated) but very upsetting for our last week there. Sorry for the bad review however … Host was easy to work with and did apologized to us.

Great location, spacious, but had some mold on pillow case and broken stove, took 3 days to fix very inconsistent. But I would go back again if those things would be fixed

This townhouse is 4.5 miles from the Negril strip. The dropped pin on the listing (when we booked) is wildly inaccurate. After 3 nights (from 7) we negotiated a partial refund & moved down into actual Negril If you'd like to stay in an ultra quiet place with no shop, no bar, & no restaurant this is the space for you 2 verandas but nothing to sit on in either of them Pretty sparse kitchen in terms of utensils & glassware Loads of towels & beach towels Excellent water pressure Plenty of space Good air conditioning Lovely beach teaming with fishes of every flavour
