This was a great place to stay for 26 days. The views of the blue water from the main room and front and back porch were so relaxing to see everyday. We appreciated that he had 8 place settings, plenty of glasses, cups, and cutlery. It was a very nice place to be. Our only caveat for future guests is that it would be easierto stay here if one has their own transportation. We did not and walking to Fisherman's Village was difficult in the hot weather plus you have the big hill to contend with on your way home. Taking Grab to the grocery store is about 300bht one way. From FV was around 200.

Graham and Nuay were great hosts, right from the day we booked the Villa Kubo. The description is spot on and the communication througout was great. We were very grateful for the early check-in and late check-out. They were also able to organize us a transfer from and to the airport (additonal cost) which we would recommend. I would only suggest to bring some earplugs since the birds in the proximity are extremely loud, especially in the early morning. But this isn‘t something Graham or the property management can change, so therefore still five stars from us :)

The house is situated on a hillside and commands an excellent view across the sea to Koh Phangan. The house itself is excellent and designed to let the air circulate. We never used the AC - only the fan. The immediate neighborhood is quite contrary to nearby Fisherman’s Village. The beach down the hill is nothing to write home about so we drove to other beaches 5-10 K away and that actually worked fine.

I didn’t stay at this property as Graham asked us to relocate to another property nearby. At this other property, we had a few issues with air con not working and no hot water but they were very quickly resolved when we flagged them up. Overall it was a very good stay in a lovely location.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. Stunning views of the ocean, in a very quiet and peaceful area. Close walk to lots of shops and restaurants (10-15minutes) in the Fisherman’s Village. The view from the terrace and the shower were my favourite parts. It is even better than the photos! There is nothing bad I can say about it, our experience was excellent and unforgettable. Graham is a very responsive host. He sent us instructions and maps with instructions so we could locate the place easily and advise our taxi drivers. His property manager is great also. She met us on arrival and showed us the place. Thank you Graham!
