We felt super lucky finding this place, specially Ms. Cristina's property. The house is situated in a very secure and peaceful area in Dasmarinas. Walking distance from the main gate. Although its not that near to the city center. It wasnt an issue for us. It was a 10min drive to Dasma Bayan where my family is living. We never felt like we are in a secluded area. My husband totally loved the location and the peacefullness of the community. Pics didnt do justice to this property. Its even nicer in actual. As a property specialist myself I would say that this property has a lot of potential. It hits all points. value for money, personalized experience, and the location. We only wish there would be like black out curtains in the master's bedroom. :) We are actually booking it again after 2 weeks. Thats exactly how we love the place. Ms. Cristina also is a very easy person to talk to. Excellent host with very nice property.
