We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Great location with everything you need in walking distance. The cottage was perfect for our stay and it is well equipped . Great restaurants around can recommend Zest , Spago , Ego and the local pub the Queens . Excellent for dogs with great walks and places to eat which welcome our fury friends .

Had a wonderful New year stay at your beautiful house .Great location.Everything you would need for a home away from home .Have stayed in Lytham quite a few times over the years .By far the best property to date .Hopefully will return soon Gary and Katherine

This lovely terrace house is in such a great location in Lytham - just off the High St, close to all the shops & restaurants but still peaceful & quiet at night. The house was well-equipped & had everything we needed. There was a problem with the TV when we arrived- we called the out of office phone number & they helped us solve it over the phone very quickly… great service! I look forward to coming back to stay here again, with my dog next time!

Overall a great little place to stay when in Lytham. Perfect family stay. Good standards all round including digital TV, full kitchen appliances & clean rooms. Top location just off high street and beach walk. 😎😎😎😎♥️♥️♥️♥️
