There is a Hot tub is situated at the back of the Holiday Home enclosed on our decking which seats up to 4 people, from the Hot tub there are beautiful views looking out at one of our larger lakes! The perfect place to relax. Inside the Caravan Home from home - luxury spacious holiday home. Sleeping 6 - 1 King Size bed, 4 single beds x 4 (travel cot available with advance notice) There is a fully equipped kitchen Inc microwave, living room area and dining area. One bathroom and one en-suite to the master bedroom. The caravan will be fully cleaned and fresh bedding fitted before your arrival. Pets are allowed but at extra cost… Please discuss before booking. Outside Hot & Cold tap available for cleaning paws before coming inside. Please Note: Great Birchwood is a new holiday park and is currently under development. Local Area: Situated on the Fylde Coast there is so much to do locally, there is a bus stop right outside the entrance to our site which can take you either direction. 5 minutes from Lytham, 20 minutes from Blackpool or Preston & only an hours drive to Manchester or the Lake District. Other things to note There is a Lidl, Aldi, Petrol station, pub, all close by,

We booked for a girls weekend away, we had a lovely time the caravan was spotless and well furnished. Slightly challenging to find, would be useful to put the site name to ease finding. Only downside was it wasnt clear how new the site was, there isnt a huge amount of privacy when in the hot tub and the huge disused building that's yet to be renovated. But that didn't effect us having a lovely time and it would be nice to come back in 12 months to see how different the site is.

The inside of the accommodation was great, and the girls enjoyed having use of the hot tub, which was heated prior to arriving. Very clean and comfortable. However, when booking, be aware that although this is advertised as a BandB, you are actually booking a caravan. When using the hot tub, you are positioned in the middle of two other caravans on an open decking which meant the girls only felt comfortable using this at night time. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast provided and own towels needs to be bought. The surrounding area looks as though it is a caravan park that is just stating up, with a semi-demolished structure positioned in eye-view from the lounge. The road to the caravan is also gravelled, with many pot holes which smaller cars might find difficult. Oddly, we also could not find any bins on the property.
Ash was an amazing host. His accommodation was absolutely stunning inside and out. Ash was really helpful throughout. The hot tub was beautiful and it was just an amazing evening ! Thanks again ash
Lovely caravan with everything you need. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Ash was quick to respond during booking and was very friendly when we met him checking in.
