Awesome stay…again! The peace here is amazing. Truly a lovely getaway from the bustle of life. Stargazing and breakfast on the back deck are my 2 favourite things here. Ok… grilling too, lol. Host is easy to reach, friendly and helpful. Dogs are friendly, Easy parking, ez check-in, and comfy beds! Amazing views. 5stars ez.

The home is beautiful, comfortable, and as described. Ella was very kind and welcoming and so was her African Grey who said goodbye to us as we were departing.

Ella was very gracious and hospitable. Her home is beautiful and has excellent pastoral views of the surrounding countryside. Middlebrook is a quaint little country village. My family loved staying here over the Thanksgiving holiday.

We stayed in the loft bedroom and it was as described. The beds were comfortable and Ella was very nice and helpful. When we stayed there there were flies all over the bedroom and stink bugs, we were on a farm so that’s understandable. The night sky was gorgeous and the animals were fun to see.

This old house is beautiful and sits on an amazing farm. This is a great get away location. As with most mountain retreats don't expect much cell reception or wifi. We did have some concern with other guests rising early since the loft area is very open and exposed to the noises of the other goings on in the house. Otherwise we had a great stay and the lofted area and bedroom where spacious. Beds were far more comfortable than most hotels. Ella was a gracious host and easy to reach.
