We had a great time staying at Tobias’s apartment. The location is extremely central which is amazing. If you are easily disturbed by noise the center is pretty loud with lots of bars so I’d advice to pick a different place. The terrace was clearly a highlight with great tapas evenings enjoying the views and sunset.

Great location, cozy apartment with good amenities, responsive host who answered all questions and provided local recommendations! Walking distance from station and tons of restaurants, eateries and supermarket. Glad we picked this place and would stay again if we’re ever back in Madrid!

I recently stayed at Tobias's place and had a fantastic experience. Upon booking, I inquired about white bedding, and Tobias promptly ordered some to accommodate my request. Upon arrival, I found the place cozy and inviting. The outdoor space was a highlight, providing a tranquil retreat right in the heart of the bustling city. Location-wise, Tobias's place couldn't have been better situated. It's conveniently located in the midst of everything, making it incredibly walkable. I particularly appreciated its proximity to the Sol train station, which made exploring other neighborhoods a breeze. Overall, I felt incredibly fortunate to have stayed in such a wonderful location, and I would highly recommend Tobias's place to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm during their stay.
