I had a great time staying at Pilar’s place. You feel immediately at home, the neighborhood is quiet and green, and there is a great subway connection and many good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location, 20 mins from Grand Central. Groceries are easily accessible with a 24hr Mart 2 blocks down. Restaurants are diverse and affordable in the local area.

Pilar’s place is very well furnished and have everything you might need. The location is great and close to subway and many restaurants and grocery stores around. It’s a prewar building so sometimes it does have the usual NYC issues but Pilar is very responsive and help at communicating and solving them. Great place to stay!

The place was a lot more spacious than how it appears in the photo (which is really hard to find in NYC). It was fully stocked with all the basic necessities of what a home should have like a microwave, toaster, oven, T.V, and a washer and dryer downstairs. The apartment was super clean and cozy with extra blankets and pillows if you need it. The subway was also super close. Only a 5 minute walk with many local cafes and restaurants around the area. The train ride was about 15-20 minutes to Grand Central. So very easy access to the city. Overall, I definitely recommend the place.
