This is a great apartment set in the owner's lovely back yard. Lots of space inside. And easy to use washer and dryer. Claudia has quite a few rules to follow but nothing onerous. She's good with communication and met us on arrival. Very friendly. A couple of things to note - you need to bring your own shampoo and milk. Also, the toilet doesn't always flush well and we did have to give it a small flush on our arrival as the previous resident didn't quite get it right. Best also to park out the back down the lane on arrival as then it gives very easy access to the apartment. And there are no keys as entrance is by electronic key pad which was great. Worth staying in if in Truro.

The studio was so much bigger than we expected! Definitely a lovely surprise and made us want to stay longer. It was in a perfect location for us and provided spacious parking. The studio had everything we needed and felt like a home. Will definitely be staying here again in our next visit.

we had a lovely couple of days away. The sun finally came out so we enjoyed sitting outside. it's easy walking distance from the city centre but it's very quiet. The bed was very comfy too. All in all, it was wonderful

We have stayed here many times and so it feels like our Cornish home! Claudia is a fabulous host, very responsive and very friendly. Thank you for another wonderful visit.

Thank you Claudia for your wonderful hospitality you showed throughout my stay. Claudia is an amazing & thoughtful host. She was there on my day of arrival to welcome me and show me around. I felt right at home from the moment I checked in and my stay has been fantastic. Having a free secure parking space for entirety of my stay was money saving and super convenient. The property itself is beautiful and I loved all the amenities. The bed was so comfortable and I slept amazingly well. Tastefully decorated with everything needed was available. I felt safe, the surroundings are peaceful & quiet yet all within walking distance to town. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, things to do all within in a stones throw away. I highly recommend Claudia and her fabulous property. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality. Greatly appreciated. Amaan
