The place was exactly what we hoped it would be, with a great balcony, two bedrooms, a great tv area, and a great kitchen. The place to get the keys is sort far from the place, but they were lovely and drove us down to our place and walked us up to the place and showed us around, made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend, we felt very well-taken care of!

This apartment is located on a high floor right on crossing of Sheppard Ave & Yonge St with great views from the balcony. direct access to the tube station from the building’s elevators. My family and I are enjoyed our 1 week stay here and would love to come back again during our next visit.

The pictures in the ad are misleading: the furniture is not the same, the essentials are not there: no towels, no soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper, he left half a roll for three adults! One washroom didn’t even have a single roll..ridiculous. Good thing there was a Longos/ tons of shops around to buy these essentials. The doors in the unit creak..be it with the washroom door, bedroom. The bathroom light in the master bedroom didn’t work; as another reviewer mentioned, the space to hold a bar of soap above the tub is broken, during our stay it was the same, clearly the host doesn’t get things fixed. The mattress in the bedroom without the attached washroom makes a squeaky sound with the slightest movement, it’s annoying when you are putting a three month old to sleep. The duvet in that room didn’t even have a cover. These are things that shouldn’t be ignored specially when the host told us the cleaners had just cleaned the unit and got it ready for our stay. Overall, a very poorly maintained unit both on the side of the cleaners and host. The saving grace to this unit was its location: 5 stars for that..very conveniently located, well connected to the TTC and buses; ample grocery, convenience stores and restaurants around.
