Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, we are sure the location will be just right for you! Kolonaki is considered the most elegant and trendy neighborhood of Athens, with many high end boutiques, distinguished bars and chic restaurants. It is also an old neighborhood with a cosmopolitan history and its own character. Kolonaki is an aristocratic quiet neighborhood. Nearby, there is a plethora of nightlife options, including bars, restaurants, ouzeries, and tavernas (formal and casual). Outdoor seating on pedestrian walks is common, creating a lively atmosphere day and night.
There is a grocery and bakery store within 100 meters of the apartment, many pharmacist stores and lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops a breath away.

Metro & local Athenian buses: 
Tickets for metro and buses cost 1.40 euro and last for 1 hour for multiple trips. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Metro station Evangelismos and 10 minutes from Syntagma Main Metro Station and numerous bus stops that will take you everywhere around Athens. Acropolis, Plaka, Psiri and Monastiraki areas are all walking distance! Buses and taxis are right in the front door!
For your convenience there is a taxi rank on Kolonaki square, 3 min from the apartment you will find a taxi around the clock. There is also Taxibeat and Ubber application available for door to door assistance.
If you plan on hiring a car, you may need to consider parking costs!
Parking is hard to find around the center and the historical part of Athens & Kolonaki area as well. Permanent residents are favored in blue zones. Visitors, can park in white zones by buying a 1 euro per hour ticket but you have to swap a spot every 3 hours, so really if you have rented a car for your stay it is better to use a parking lot there are many around the neighborhood but the one with the best price is POLIS Park 8 min walk from the apartment with car pool service.
When you arrive, I will meet you in person to hand over the keys for the Check-in and Check-out you are always welcome to contact me anytime for assistance. We want you to feel like you are at home at all times. We clean up after you leave but it's nice to help us keep this place tidy and clean. Remember to shut off the air conditioning unit and your garbage when you leave the apartment. Please note that this is a NON smoking apartment. During 3:00pm - 5:30pm are quite hours in Greece it is respectful not to make a lot of loud noise in the apartment and the same goes for 10:00pm and onwards at night.
