Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Check-in und Check-out konnten flexibel abgesprochen werden. Die Unterkunft verfügt im Erdgeschoss über ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Gästebad mit Dusche. Oben gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad mit einer großen Dusche (top Wasserdruck). Die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen. Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen der Terrasse und dem Whirlpool (25€ Aufpreis/Tag) gebucht. Dort hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre, einen großen überdachten Essbereich, leider aktuell nur eine Sonnenliege (es soll aber wieder eine zweite dazu kommen) und den Whirlpool. Am Whirlpool darf man die Temperatur nicht verändern, aber Licht und Düsen anstellen. Außerdem vor dem betreten Duschen. Das Wasser wird nach jedem Gast gewechselt. Außerdem gibt es einen Gasgrill, der super funktioniert hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch sonst mussten wir nichts kaufen. Wir haben das Haus unglaublich sauber vorgefunden, sowas ist echt selten.

Great appartment with lots af space. We really liked the outdoor facilities with grill, jacuzzi, sunbeds and swimming pool. The beds were also very comfortable. If you enjoy making you own food, there is a huge well-assorted supermarket in walking distance.

Booked it for 4 weeks, the first we were four people (my family) and the remaining three it was just me. The property (appartment/terraced house/rækkehus) is as it presents itself on the pictures, The garden area is actually a bit larger than i though. It is possitioned on the shadowy side of the mountain, and therefore is nice and cool. Sun reached the garden area during most of the day. Everything presents it self nice and clean, and a modern expression in colors and furnitures. The only bugs we encountered in the property was a few(3-5) mosqutios. The house holds 4 persons with ease and can take 5 or 6, but especially the couch area will be somewhat thigt since it is a bit small. We didnt really need the extra space, we spent a lot of the time in the furnitures outside, where there is a nice large table and 6 chairs. The ground floor holds the living room, a small bathroom/toilet,and the kitchen. In the living room there is a couch area and a dining area. The diningtable was very important to me, since i would be working from the property the last 3 weeks. It held my computer and two extra screens (i work as a programmer). The dining chairs too were very nice and comfortable to sit on for hours on end. The kitchen has just around any machine, cooking plate, oven, microwave, halfnhalf fridge/freezer, fancy coffee maker, toasters, all cutlery for 4 and most cutlery for 6 or more. In a covered area outside there is a clothes washing machine. Only item not present is a dishwasher, but there is all utilities to hand clean things. I have taken the liberty to add a few things that were missing in the cutlery department, peeler for the greens, a sharp knife for the greens, better steak knifes(only 4). Everything else was there and in nice condition. Property comes with washing machine soap, dishwasher soap, there seems to be a surplus of cooking oils and seasonings from previous visits. Also toilet paper is provided. All in amounts that will allow you to settle in and do any extra shopping. The second floor holds two large sleeping rooms a master with a nice king size bed(foam matress), and plenty of cupboardspace and some drawers. The second room has a kingsize bunk bed. Yes kingsize, booth foam matresses. They provide sheets, and there is duvets in the cupboards. There is also a super nice bathroom/toilet, with a very funky shower system. (turn clockwise to activate, dont pull or push). There is a total of three aircons in the property, one at the ground floor and one in each sleeping area. We only had the living room on, and only the first week, where it was fairly hot outside. The rest of the time we had one of the sliding doors partially open. The garden area is also super nice, it has a lot of covered area, with Markise/awning over both the outside dining area, and also over the very nice grill and spa area. The grill is nice and big, and is very easy to operate. Similarly the spa is very nice, if you like me prefer hot water. The spa easily holds 3 persons and i think it can in theory hold 6 persons. A practical problem with water over/under level will occur i think. The property is in a "gated community" located at Calle Valencia 5 (and 7), it is in the first front row on your left when arriving. The community has the pool are, which is nice and clean, and nothing is broken. One not so cool thing is that the access to the pool area is given by the maintenance man in Calle Valecia 7, but your key wont get you to Calle Valencia 7. So make sure to get it sorted when you arrive, especially if your spanish is as bad as mine is (really bad). Ask Michela to sort it out when you arrive if possible. Also the accesstoken is your fingerprint, not my favourite, i dont like people recording my personal data like that. But it works once registered. The community is being cleaned and maintained, the floor tiles in some of the connecting aisles are loose, but none in the pool area. Other than this the community is spotless. The community has a garbage room outside the property quite close the the property. You need key to access the community and be carefull the lock will catch your fingers. The property is next to the Calle Valencia (road Valencia), but raised about 2-3meters above it. Parking is only allowed in one side of the road, and be aware of any yellow markings = dont park. (btw blue lines = payparking) I was able to park either on the road just outside or in the roundabout just next to the property, and yes it is allowed in spain if marked with white. Calle Valencia is a blind road, but there is some trafic to the other properties. If you against all odds cant find a parking place just outside, dont worry, there is a large parking lot a few hundred meters from the property and i never saw that at even half capacity. Next to the large parking, you have the local firedepartment and the first of many supermarkets in Puerto Rico. It is very nice they have a little fresh milk at the very end of the shop, but they tend to run out during the day. The supermarket is very large and has everything you need. Only thing it doesnt have is inhouse butcher, but that can be found in the two other supermarkets 500m and 1000m furhter away. Distance to the beach from the property is about 2,5 km each way. There is pay parking at the beach. PAY or you will get fined, i typically saw about 10-20 parking fines when i walked through. You can easily
