This was our third stay at The Northwoods Chalet. This has been a family favorite. We like the privacy and the lake is a perfect size for water activities. The house has everything anyone needs. We rented the pontoon. Everyone played on the water from sun up to almost sun down! The fire ring was great for a big group. Lots of great memories have been made. Janis is an outstanding hostess!!!!

The house and property are beautiful. The house is very well supplied. Saw deer on the property, enjoyed the lake views, and roasting s’mores. The owners are very responsive, yet are not intrusive (there aren’t signs, warnings, admonishments all over the property as can be the case sometimes with a rental, and I appreciate that). The lake was great for swimming and I highly recommend the pontoon boat rental.

My family truly enjoyed our stay!! Beds were comfy, large dining table, plenty of bathrooms, great kitchen, wonderful deck, pier and we used the pontoon. Everything was stocked nicely. Might suggest bringing your favorite skillet. Hosts were wonderful to work with. My grandkids truely loved the water looking for great rocks.
