Seven master bedrooms with king size beds and bathrooms were incredible for our couple's golf retreat. Close to many great courses. The kitchen had everything you could ever need or want. The house was very spacious and well designed for gatherings. This is a truly remarkable property.

Great place for a large group. Nice open spaces for gathering. Bedrooms are spacious. Cleaning might use some improvement.

The space was great for what we needed. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, gathering space on the main level, and two refrigerators, dishwashers, prep sinks, and washer/dryer units was helpful. Location in the community was perfect with a large overflow parking lot next to the home in addition to the two 2-car garages. Unfortunately the theater room was basically unusable as the sound equipment didn't work and after notifying property manager of the issue and being told someone would come out to fix it we never heard from or saw anyone the rest of the four days we were there. The house could use some deferred maintenance, especially the carpets (worn, musty, need to be stretched, and you can feel the tack strips in some areas). The hot tub is also aging the the jets didn't work so well. I don't want to sound like a downer - the house worked for our needs. With a little bit of attention/updating it would be a 5-star property in the community (this was our 5th stay at Paradise Village

We planned to stay here for our annual family summer vacation. The location was perfect since we were able to get to Zion in about an hour, so many hikes within ten minutes, and this house can really accommodate a large group. We were disappointed as the first night we had to wash all the sheets upstairs since we found hair, a used tampon behind a toilet, and the movie theatre did not work. We were excited to have coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise only to find all the furniture was broken and no cushions were available. The host was responsive and told us they were aware of the movie theatre not working. We were very upset that they didn't tell us ahead of time as this was one of the main reasons in choosing this house. While the host was apologetic they did nothing to fix anything during our stay and offered a very small financial return based on our experience. I understand things go wrong but we felt they could have done so much more to make it right. Check before booking!

Theatre room doesn’t work. Some furniture broken and no hot water in some of the bedrooms. Other then that the place was good.
