Tri's house was beautiful, The Directions were super clear. The location is amazing, walking distance from a bunch of restaurants and food places. This was a 10/10 stay and I would 100% stay again.

Tri's place was beautiful and perfect for what we needed for the holidays. Our kids loved the bunk beds and everyone was cozy. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was so easy to use and had all we needed. Tri was responsive to our needs and helpful to us. Definitely would stay again.

Tri is a great host, so I would recommend her as a host to anyone. The house is in a great location relative to stores, food, etc. The surrounding community is very nice. We did experience some less than ideal things during our stay, but I am only sharing to help Tri know so that she can address it, because I know she will. First, the refrigerator was full of past guests food. Also, the kitchen faucet didn't work, but once we notified Tri she sent a plumber over that day, but he wasn't able to repair it until the following day, so for most of our stay we didn't have a working kitchen faucet, but that's an unforeseen issue and I consider that a "one-off". The cleanliness of the home wasn't as great as we had hoped. The couches and rugs were pretty dirty, as noticed by the thick dirt stains on our socks from walking around the house. A simple rug cleaning and furniture cleaning will address that. Its a nice home and a great area, it just needs a little TLC.

Great location and layout of the house. The owner was responsive and even dropped off a new hair dryer when we realized there wasn't one. The house really needs some love in the sense of a deep clean. The walls, baseboards, trim, ceiling...etc are really dirty.

This house is a great space that one can tell has been upgraded and helpful ways (especially the kitchen). Our major issue at the house was the air conditioner — we stayed toward the beginning of the summer and for two days and two nights the temperature of the house was at 90° and the system wasn’t working. The host was responsive, but couldn’t get the technician out until the third day. I would imagine after our stay, they will fix the issues at hand, and in that case, it will be a great place to reserve. I would encourage you to book the house, but ask about the air conditioning system if it’s a concern for you, and also check in about Towels. We had four people staying at the house and only one towel and no washcloths or face towels per person. For the amount of money we paid for the house, there need to be more bathroom and kitchen towel supplies for multiple people to live there for any period of time. All in all, we are still thankful for our stay and would stay again.
