The neighborhood is still safe but there is a strange shaking of the house caused by something underneath the pavement on West Chester Pike.

My family had a wonderful stay. We had 13 guests and rented out all 3 apartments. This allowed us to have more than enough space. The pictures look exactly like the real deal. Everything was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The host, Delores, was very proactive with instructions and information. She was also very sweet, checking in on us to see how check in went and throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. She always responded to my messages within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone who needs a larger unit for 10 plus people. We would definitely return to this house again and rent any of Delores’ listings.

This was a great fit my extended family. The location was in proximity to the airport and the event place in West Chester. Our group needed a place large enough to accommodate multiple families, giving us the feeling of togetherness at times but also providing separateness and privacy. Hotels just don't offer that family friendly atmosphere, especially for children.

Plenty of street parking for cars. House was easy to find. Furniture and appliances were very nice and clean. Plenty of outdoor space in a city setting.
