This is my perfect holiday home with the most enjoyable sea view and best location in town to explore all the quirky unique independent shops at the door steps the Old Town offers. Master bedroom: A comfy king size bed with micro-hollow fibre duvet and pillows (no feather for any allergies). 2 bedside tables with lamps. Black out blind, clothes rack and a butterfly chair in the room. In the built-in cupboard you will find iron and ironing boards, and a travel cot if you are travelling with a baby. Plenty of socket charging points in the room. View to Old Town Arcade (that building is currently under scaffolding) Second bedroom: A comfy double bed, also with micro-hollow fibre duvet and pillows. Black out blind, 2 bedside tables and lamps, clothes rack and plenty of socket charging points. You will also find a hairdryer in the hanging storage. View to Old Town Arcade (that building is currently under scaffolding) Kitchen: In the open-plan kitchen, you will find a large fridge freeze, a washing machine, electric hob with extractor, an oven and microwave. There are also the usual utensils, glasses and crockery, kettle, toaster, some condiments, tea, coffee and sugar to unwind with the sea view. Living room: You are encouraged to enjoy a cuppa on the new comfy sofa turn sofa-bed (132cm x 180cm when pulled out) and my beloved g-plan coffee tables, and enjoy the sea view in front of you! There is TV with Netflix and Freeview. Some board games should you be caught under a bad weather. There are numerous a good restaurants seconds away from the flat but if you fancy eating in, there are stools, a sitting bench and a dining bench table to sit for a meal. Bathroom: Bath tub with overhead shower. There are shower gel and shampoo available. First aid kit in the mirror cabinet. *please note the towel rail can get really hot - might burn Please note that the bedrooms are facing George Street that there may be the noise from jolly crowd at night over weekends.
