Bed was aweful, but everything else either met expectations was exceeded. Service at JackPine was excellent.
We were so pleased with this lovely Corner Unit, so many windows it was nice and light. Happily there were humidifiers hairdryers, and a crockpot that weren’t in the listing. It was so amazing to be able to grab our skis from the locker room and walk right around the corner to the gondola. Many good dining and shopping options in the village. We love the hot tub and steam room in Jack Pines, and also walked over to the outdoor pool at the Dakota Lodge as well. Can I say indoor heated parking.!Great amenities!! You could easily spend your whole vacation in the village and not need a car. If we return to Keystone we will most certainly rent this unit!
Great locale, well equipped and easy walk to the slopes. A miscommunication in the check in instructions had us back in Dillion, but that was the only issue. Keystone was great!

Location, location, location, is what this property has going for it I would buy it in a heartbeat for the short walk to the ski place. However that’s about where the good things end. Coffee pot, WiFi, and TV didn’t work. The key check in was terrible had to drive all the way to Dillon to try to find the keys took me 10 minutes and I had to help there next client to. The bathroom was kinda gross. Instructions to the resort were bad…. Awesome property, terribly managed.
