A very large and comfortable apartment, especially for a long stay. The house is in a good location, there is a close parking. The apartment has good thermal insulation, so in winter it was warm even at -15. Yanina was very friendly and helpful. We recommend this property.

We had a great time in Janina’s very light, quiet and cozy flat. Climbing up the stairs till 5th floor can sometimes be hard, but the reward is a beautiful view of trees and the nearby park from the spacious kitchen/living room. Janina was extremely helpful and immediately answered our questions. The flat is a bit off the city centre, which we especially liked, because the neighbourhood is very nice, with a lot of cafes and Riga’s best playground right around the corner. We highly recommend Janina‘s place!

Janina was a perfect host! The communication was so fluent and fast, the room were super modern and clean, even the bath was enough to relieve some travel fatigue. The apartment was close to the center and had a spacious parking lot! I'd like to stay there again!
