We rented Ted’s place for a few days to take the kids skiing at a nearby hill. It was easily accessible, exactly as pictured, and perfect for two families with young children. Ted was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Would definitely stay at the King Kong house again.

The King Kong House was a very spacious and comfortable home for our family to stay in. Even though Ted had provided us with check in instructions and details, the co-host Don, met us at arrival and showed us around the house. The kitchen met our needs for cooking all of our meals during the 3 days that we stayed there. The location was convenient for us to ski at Mount St. Louis and Horseshoe Valley. Only a few minutes drive to either place. Ted contacted us after our departure to discuss and confirm that we had a pleasant stay. We will not hesitate to return to this home in the future.

Beautiful house and Ted was fantastic! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a stay. House was spotless and our group felt right at home. I had talked with Ted a few times on the phone, he was very welcoming and friendly, recommended local places to visit and walked me through everything within the house to enjoy our stay.

The Kong house was a great place for a family get together; spacious with a beautiful outdoor space. The location was handy for short trips to some great spots in the surrounding area for those who like to explore.
