Lovely bed. Great location. Hot tub and pets not included in price. Nice bath but no shower.

beautiful place... well equipped and comfortable. as others have said there is an extra charge for hottub use( well worth it) which isn't in the description but this appears to be an issue with airb&b rather then the host. Good communication from the host and a warm welcome upon arrival. ended up being a sole traveller and felt extremely safe while here. will definitely be back.

this cottage is in a lovely setting surrounded by countryside with nice views and the cottage itself is immaculately presented - nice and clean and very easy to feel at home in. the kitchen had all the basics for me and my partner. there is good access to local amenities in area and lots to do to keep us entertained. the complimentary bottle of wine along with the strawberries and brownies were a lovely touch as well. the hot tub was very much appreciated and worth the extra £25. Alison was a really lovely and attentive host and made us feel very welcome with her friendly nature.

Sugarloaf Cottage is a beautiful place to stay, with everything you might need for a short getaway. Amazing location that backs onto a sheep field, its very amusing to watch the lambs, with many beautiful walks surrounding it. The bath with shower head attachment is a bit difficult to use without splashing water everywhere but was fine for our short stay. Before we booked we did see a review mentioning an additional hot tub fee, but as the cottage listing at the time of our booking said there was no additional charge for facilities we assume this had been removed. However, on the morning of our check-in, we were messaged and asked to pay an additional fee for using it, which we had not budgeted for. Despite this we had a lovely time and would recommend Alison's place to others, it was perfect for a much-needed break from the big city.
