House was great, pretty private, great pool. Lots of space for the family and there were snacks out for us which everyone really enjoyed. Had everything we needed for our stay. The only negative about the house was listed no pets. But there clearly were pets that lived there. Being highly allergic to animals with fur that probably would have not chosen that location. I needed to medicate the whole time. Other than that the home was what we needed.

Kendra was extremely easy to communicate with while booking her home. Her home is located in a beautiful neighbourhood approximately 15 minutes from the High Point furniture market and travelling back and forth was easy. Kendra left us a beautiful welcome basket and we thank her and her family for opening their home to us during Fall Market '23.

This is the second time I have booked with Kendra for the same client and once again, she was an excellent host! Communication was great, easy check in and the property was super clean. We will definitely rent again from Kenda and would recommend her home to other clients!

This place was perfect for what we needed for a business trip. the neighborhood is beautiful and it's just a few minutes away from Highpiint Market and plenty of places to eat. The beds are comfortable and Kendra's guide was really helpful.
