I had found this boat house for almost two years now and finally had a chance to booked it for my Birthday. Matthew have a few boathouse listings but in my opinion this is his best one! Its all about the location.. this is the best one for the sunset! If you're booking this boathouse, be sure to be there on time to catch the sunset because having that roof top was just the cherry on top! My husband and I ordered uber and had a picnic on the roof top. The Inside was nice and clean with hot water and cold ac. Everything is exactly like the pictures posted. We love how close everything is, we took the river walk and was able to get to downtown Shuart. Plenty of restaurants near by. Its a great getaway from busy everyday life. This place is quiet and serene. Everyone there is nice and friendly. Dont think twice , book this place and treat yourself. We cant wait to come back! Thank you Matthew:)

It's a great place to relax and unwind. There are lots of wonderful restaurants nearby! The host is extremely responsive to anything that you might need. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!! Quiet, calm, 10 min walk to town. So cool to be on the houseboat in the marina.
