O condomínio é muito gostoso e tem um mercado próximo da entrada. Não é exatamente em ocho rios, mas a localização é boa se estiver de carro. Poderia ter ar-condicionado na sala, que fica muito quente!
This was a wonderful experience. The host responded to any concerns promptly and gave great details and suggestions. All the directions were clear and the community was so quiet and peaceful. Rooms were clean and we felt right at home for our entire stay.

Eshae living- location was excellent. The property was clean and spacious for a family- very modern. If we had any concerns the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful place!

The Richmond Estate is a clean and well secured neighbourhood, benefitting from 24 hour security. It is a relaxing environment with a friendly local community consisting of returning residents and holiday makers.
The local amenities include infinity swimming pool, gym, play area and tennis court. Friday nights is the infamous games night social around the poolside.
The estate boasts a supermarket including a deli bar and outside seating area, pharmacy and liquor store.
If you decide to use our car rental service, vehicles can be picked up from Montego Bay and Kingston airport at your request.
From the beach house, you can pre order a taxi to the property at anytime. Local taxis can be picked up from the highway.

I am a very out going person, I love to travel and meet new people with different cultures, Very family orientated, I do try to live a balanced healthy life style with a bit of fun. My hobbies are riding super bikes, I also love to read inspirational books like rich dad, poor dad, play family board games e.g. monopoly, cash flow. I have always been in to properties mainly refurbishments and long term rentals, and recently decided to set a new challenge to venture in the VR Industry, I must say I am looking forward to this new challenge as service and a modern living space is my thing. I do look forward in hosting you and giving you the trip of a life time for local prices.
