It offers the power to exhilarate, soothe and inspire with 5 private suites to ensure a quiet relaxing stay. Each room offers a glass panoramic view of the Ocean and Rainforest along with an outstanding gorgeous infinity pool to relax. AquaViva has private suites (separate listed with Airbnb) and were meant to be one of a kind and offer guests the best of the best at an affordable price, with Air Conditioner and Hot Water (often times rare amenities to find in San Juan). The hotel that offers the best views of Nica! Your all glass wall opens up to a private balcony that offers the best views of the mountains, ocean and town, and tucked away inside the rainforest, here you really get it all. Climb to your private roof top terrace and find a space for dining, coffee, or even laying out and resting. Inside you will open up to a large mirror that sits above a coffee table and large cushion chairs, to the right you will find a king bed, or the option of two twins , and at the other end separated by glass, a private bathroom with a rain shower head. There is an option to pull the curtain for more privacy, or maybe even opening up part of the glass wall for a complete rain forest getaway feel. Since this gorgeous glass suite is nestled up in the mountain to provide the the greatest view available in Nicaragua, including the mountains ocean rainforest and the town, please prepare for a brisk hike or either transportation via our private driver, ATV or motorcycle. This can be arranged through our property manager upon booking. Just let us know your preference! Please Note: Suite #1 sits lower on the mountain. Suites #3 and #5 sit on the middle of the mountain. Suites #9 and #11 sit higher on the mountain and also overlook the infinity pool. These two suites have the best views. ***All of our suites have beautiful views of the Town, Ocean, Mountain and the statue "Christ of the Mercy" ***

Si vais a pie es mejor prepararse para subir mucho hasta el hotel y sino ya sabéis pagar taxi que no es nada barato para subir hasta ahí . Pero las habitaciones bien bien si te gusta el estilo que ellos ofrecen y la vista al pueblo no se ve nada mal.
We had to chance to meet with Luis & Tiffany and they were really nice and helpful with everything ! It was a real pleasure to meet them and to stay at their place. Honestly they were two of the nicest person we’ve ever met! We really love the pool, the rooftop terrace, the breakfast were very good and Carlos the janitor was also very nice! The view was amazing ! If we ever we come back in Nicaragua we’ll be sure to go there again! The only thing that you should be aware is that you have a lot of stairs to climb before getting to the place. It’s not meant for disabled person. But beside that everything is perfect. You will definitely enjoy your stay there!
We really enjoyed our stay at AquaViva. Carlos, the property manager went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. If you walk, it takes 10 minutes to get to the beach and 15/20 minutes to get back (because of the monster hill you have to walk up). For the location, view, and price, this place was a 10/10! Ask Carlos for local tips, he will help you with whatever you need.
Nous avons eu un beau séjour à cette propriété. Carlos, le gérant de la propriété, est vraiment accueillant et très à l’écoute de nos besoins. Il se rend toujours disponible pour nous. Bien que la propriété soit à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre de la ville, la montée pour s’y rendre est très abrupte (un chauffeur peut vous y amener pour 5$ US, ce qui est très apprécié, surtout le soir). La pression de l’eau pour la douche est très faible et puisque la douche n’est pas fermée, beaucoup d’eau se retrouve au sol, ce qui rend l’espace humide. Merci pour le séjour !
Location, design, views, and customer support- this place had it all! My girlfriend I where traveling from Costa Rica and the communication from from the owner/ Carlos made it very easy. I highly recommended this place and we will certainly be back! Carlos, the on-site property manager was such a wonderful perk and we became good friends. Luis, Tiffany & Carlos- bye for now!

10 min walk from town and the beach. Our boutique style property inspired by shipping containers offers an open concept and cozy and modern room , and the best views of San Juan Del Sur out of your all glass room wallh. We are up in the mountain, so if you’re walking please understand there is a short hike, or if you decide you can rent scooters very inexpensive in town. Often guests decide upon the latter option because this allows the option to visit some of the close by gorgeous private beaches. While there is a short hike being just outside of town allows you to experience the peace and quiet this gorgeous town offers, but also be close enough to get to the best restaurants and happening things in town.
