Very beautiful apartment with everything you need. Very close to the beach and restaurant/bars. We walked everywhere and had a very nice time. Thank you!

Little further out from the bustle of San Juan del Sur, this was a nice little place to retreat to after a day in the sun.

Great location, central and walkable. The deck was the best part, beautiful view and relaxing hammocks. The bedrooms were a bit hot for us with just the fans and there was barely any breeze the nights we stayed. Jan Luc was very responsive and have us a lot of useful information.

Jan-Luc was very proactive in communicating with us. He sent us all important instructions on how to get to our stay, was always reponsive to our messages and helped us out with recommendations locally. He was also welcoming and respected our privacy. Unfortunately, we wanted to mention two issues that we personnally found important to consider when booking. First of all, the heat in the airbnb was unbearable at night because of the absence of AC and inneficient ventillation. Secondly the area was quite impoverished and particularly noisy at night. This was mainly due to barking from dogs and crowing from roosters all over the surrounding neighbourhood throughout the entire night. We tried to close all the windows and doors and used earplugs to help, but it was still insufficient and difficult to maintain because of the heat. Overall, we found the airbnb to be safe and beautiful, but we thought these points were important to consider as they impacted our stay significantly.
