The pictures don’t do it justice when it comes to the views in this place, it’s something you have to physically witness. Again the views, the sun-raises d sunsets are beyond beautiful. The pool set up it’s great and well taken care of. Franklin was very proactive and helpful. Jose who is the person taking care of the house was amazing very friendly and helpful, the guy even changed his day off to be present during our stay, amazing person! Don’t let this guy go. You do need a 4x4 to get to the house due to the condition of the road.

Lovely stay! The host was super organized and the help was super nice. The guide book provided was really helpful. Great location, Playa Remanzo was our favourite beach in SJDS area, great surfing spot. The few points that could’ve made this stay better according to us are the following : -The host did state clearly that the path to the house is intense and a 4WD is needed, but even with our huge 4WD the drive up and down was really unpleasant, apart from the steepness that cannot be controlled, we feel like the path could be evened out which would make a huge difference. -The spot gets really hot because it faces the sun for a majority of the day, the open space AC doesn’t look powerful enough help cool this space enough in our opinion and as there’s no curtains there’s not a lot of solutions. Additionally from like 3:30 to sunset there’s not a lot of shade on the outdoor space making it super hot. Other than that lovely stay! Thanks for having us!

There’s a caretaker that lives downstairs that was fine with us, but he did walk past our windows at night which wasn’t ideal. When they say you need a 4x4 to get to the house, they are not joking! Would definitely stay here again, amazing place with amazing view.

El nombre de la casa esta totalmente bien puesta, vista espectacular, con el acceso se es claro con lo del vehículo pero aun así te dan soporte para llegar a ella, zona tranquila.

What a great place, beautiful view, private, modern, hot water, and staff was amazing. Beach is right at end of street and has delicious food, surf lessons, and turtles!
