Hi all! We enjoyed 11 days/10 great nights at Derek’s place May ‘24! Fantastic location. Everything one needs is provided or a short walk/taxi away. Taxis are awaiting down the sidewalk from the entrance. The condo has a ~180 degree view of the bay, air conditioning or open air. Purified water included. Fantastic! The pool and common areas are super clean, well appreciated, extremely enjoyable. The ground’s staff is exceptionable. Don’t miss the beautiful beaches or ask locals where their favorite places are. We experienced some of the best things by asking a few questions. Derek is super responsive and definitely a super host!

Derek’s condo is amazing. As stated in other reviews, the interior is a bit dated, but everything is clean, the bed is comfortable, and he provides everything you could need for your stay. We used the umbrella and chairs to go to some amazing beaches north of La Paz. The pool, hot tubs, and 7th floor of the newer section of the complex are incredible. The location is great; there are a many restaurants right out the door. We also used On Board Baja, a tour company right at the same complex, to do a whale shark snorkeling tour. They left from the bay right at the condo. We had a fantastic time at Derek’s place.

Panoramic marina/bay views with spectacular sunsets and great outdoor amenities. Derek is a very good and flexible host. We would love to go back to La Paz and stay again!
