The house is composed of two private swimming pools with BBQ and a big garden. A perfect blend for a rest between friends and family in the splendid Dordogne Valley. Parties and Events are not allowed In a relaxed and calm environment, this family holiday home is the perfect place to bring along your tribe. With charming gardens and authentic and comfortable surroundings, they are both located in the breathtaking Dordogne Valley where there's plenty to see and a wealth of activities & pursuits for every age group. Both houses are packed full of history and elegance and have been fully restored and decorated to represent a French countryside tone and character. Yet they also embrace comfort as a priority. Calm and relaxing and with canoeing, hiking and biking on the doorstop along with many nature trails and sites just a quick hop away, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing an activity. Each property of 1938 sq ft comprises : - 1 Fitted kitchen with terrace access (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ..) - 1 living / TV room - 1 dinning area - 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with two single beds, 1 double bedroom with two single beds - 2 shower rooms with shower, WC and washbasin - 2 separate WC's with washbasin - 1 laundry zone Linen and towels are provided and additional cots can also be made available.
