A comfortable, clean, and spacious place to stay for a family or two. Bonus features included a closet full of toys, which the kids loved, a pool table, and lots of board games. The house is located near the river a bit outside of town, so very quiet but still closeby. Host left detailed info plus fresh eggs, butter, and bread! All around lovely experience.

This was a very lovely home located just a few minutes outside of downtown Asheville. We loved the quiet neighborhood and had a great time relaxing on the porch swing at night. Erin also provided some delicious eggs from her chickens that we thorougly enjoyed! A great memorial day stay

Nice space, clean and comfortable. Located for easy access to all of Asheville by car. Also had good Uber service. Quiet neighborhood but not very walkable. The road is not busy, just narrow and winding like most roads in the area. Overall very satisfied. 👍👍
