We left it cleaner than when we arrived doors and windows need to be replaced. The sliders screen doors did not slide properly need to be replaced. It needs to be updated in the add that there is no air conditioning. The retaining wall down by the river is starting to cave in could be very dangerous for someone when they are down there. All in all the place did the job for but needs maintenance and not worth money we spent.

In looking for the perfect place accommodate 15 people, I found Jody's house. It was exactly as described-, quiet, easy- going, spacious, yet private. We checked in earlier than anticipated and were able to settle in like home. We rented a pontoon from next door (very convenient) and used the houses kayaks each day. The beach area was easy for our 21 month old and 78 yr old mom to sit on and relax-with assistance up and down the steps. We saw lots of wildlife- albino deer, eagles, loons and chicka-monkas (so says the 21 month old...). Jody made everything easy and kept in communication with me. The only request I would have is an extra fridge in the garage as we spent about $75 in ice for coolers. We will try making this an annual trip. Thanks Jody!

we had a fun time and the cabin was relaxing and in expected condition. Good communication and things were straight forward.

Very roomy and comfortable place to stay. The water drops off quickly in front of the dock to make swimming fun for the kids. Great communication from the owner before and during the stay.
