The Sterling House was absolutely amazing! The house itself was in great condition and exploring the history that lies within was such a great experience! Tyler was very easy to work with and made sure our stay was comfortable! We will definitely be coming back to Delphi!

The home was very pretty and had such historical charm. The location is close to town where there are a few little restaurants to eat at, shops to see, etc. Host was very responsive and the stay was enjoyable.

Excellent home to stay in with the family. We loved looking through all the Purdue memorabilia in the cabinets and the art on the walls. Our kids loved playing hide and go seek in the house.

An amazing, irreplaceable 100+ year old Victorian in the quaint town of Delphi, IN. The woodwork is phenomenal and it is charmingly decorated. It's quiet and has a well-stocked kitchen. Tyler was thorough in details and instructions and responsive to any questions or needs. With a large group, it is a well-priced value.
