This was the perfect place for me to stay midway through a roadtrip I was doing. One thing I especially loved was all the toiletries Andrea has available to her airbnb guests -- which I desperately needed! The neighborhood was quiet and safe and just an 8-minute walk to restaurants and bars in the area. I didn't get to meet Andrea but if I'm ever going through Jackson again, I would definitely stay here again and would look forward to talking about our travel experiences! Heads up for those like me who are fine with cats but aren't "cat people": Andrea gives all the info you need on the airbnb listing, but I want to specify that the cats WILL try to come in your room if you give an inch of space, and if you're out in the common spaces, they'll want attention from you and won't really leave you alone. (At least this was my experience in one night at the house.)

Andrea was very hospitable and her cats are adorable. Great location with bunch of things nearby. The private entrance was really nice to have as was the porch.

2nd time I have stayed at Andrea’s home, and it was the same experience. Super comfortable and quiet space. In a fantastic neighborhood, just around the corner from many fine restaurants and social places. Highly recommend to anyone spending time in Jackson, MS.

The bedroom & bathroom were immaculate. I read all of the reviews about the cats, but was still surprised at how friendly her boys are! I am a cat person & was in cat withdrawal during our 2 week road trip. It was wonderful to receive some cat love. Gus is even more of a dog cat than my Brownie! We opened the door & they spent a good part of the night in bed with us. If you aren’t cat lover, just leave your door closed. The bed was super comfortable, the room a great temperature & we slept well. We arrived in town at 8:15. Many restaurants close at 9:00. We stopped at Pig & Pint around the corner & on the way for a quick & wonderful meal. We highly recommend! Yelp has a check in for a free soft drink. Thanks for sharing your home!
