This is a funky home in an amazing part of Minnetonka. We have a family member with mobility issues so we knew we couldn’t access much of the house since it’s multi level. But still it was disappointing to show up and not know the deck was in poor repair (especially on the July 4th weekend) and we couldn’t use it. A few things were in fair shape, doors sticky, kitchen faucet sort of broken, ice and water on frig clogged and dirty, drawers overflowing, couldn’t get television to work, lights and electrical sockets hard to figure out, upstairs hot and beautiful basement freezing, skylight in bedroom is gorgeous at first glance but steaming hot sunshine shines down at 5 am… kind of felt like I had to be extra careful not to break stuff. I think when charging a couple thousand dollars to rent, things should be easy to navigate. Just needs a little fine tuning to be an amazing rental.

Amanda did a fantastic job of making my family feel welcome. She added some really nice touches, like flowers on the kitchen table, a basket of coffee, bananas and things for the morning. We loved the decor, the architecture & the yard. There wasn't anything missing. It was a perfect place to have my family in town for the holidays. Easily accessible and lots to do nearby.

We had a wonderful four-night stay in this lovely home. Comfortable and inviting in every respect, quiet neighborhood with easy access to local attractions, and attentive hosts. Amanda checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect -- and it was! I enthusiastically recommend this property.
