Great location, ample play area for the kids in the back with all the fresh snow, very walkable. Todd was very communicative and a great host. Would return here for our next trip!

The bedrooms downstairs get very cold and the homes heaters don't reach them. There was 1 small area heater for 1 room, but it couldn't keep up, and the 2nd room had nothing and was about 50 degrees. We ended up getting a second space heater after the first night of coldness and it helped alot. Very good location with restaurants practically next door.

The house is very cute and in the best location next to village. Todd is a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Our group felt so lucky to have scored this Abnb! I had never been to Mammoth but was excited to find this location as a private extension to the village community! The Gondola was 5 minute walk or less and during a weekend of constant snow, the walk ways were shoveled and the drive way plowed 2-3 times a day. We found ourselves very comfortable and Todd made himself very easy to reach (although we had no need to reach out). 10/10
