Shelley’s place was great for a ski trip! The gondola was a quick walk. Getting in required a couple of instructions, but Shelley communicated three instructions very clearly. There’s a sports bar in the same building that was convenient for watching March madness. The Italian place in the same building was really good too!

Great place. Walkable to everything including the lift to Beaver Creek, a great walking trail along the river, restaurants, a Walgreens, etc. An ideal location. Impeccably clean as well.

This was a great stay for skiing. Super convenient to the gondola. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Loved our stay and would do it again. Shelley was very responsive to our needs and a fantastic host.

We loved our stay. The room was modestly sized, but for the location you can’t beat the cost and quality. Literally 5 minutes from the Westin (where we were attending a wedding) and the Riverfront Gondola. The shared entryway to the room had a nice setup to leave our boots/skis. We didn’t have a car but EVERYTHING we needed to go to in Avon was walkable in less than 10 mins, and there’s a Walgreens across the street. Skiing Beaver Creek was beyond accessible. Also just 5 mins from the Avon bus stop. The room itself is in a complex with many restaurants and shops. We had an afternoon bite AND breakfast at Bob’s Place which is right downstairs and so convenient. Shelley was also extremely responsive and accommodating when we asked if we could check-in to the room a bit early, and due to storms on the tail end, leave a bit later than the listed check-out. Overall this was the perfect place to spend 3 nights, and we are already talking about returning! and hopefully staying here again
