A wonderful space for a relaxing few days on a wintry weekend. Expansive views to watch the weather, while you laze about or cook, wonderfully efficient fire place to cosy up to. Close beach access for bracing walks along the beach at low tide.

Beautiful house and surrounds. Conveniently close to general store and beach. Fantastic if you’re looking for some luxury while visiting Wilson’s prom. And Nicki is a delightful host!

An amazing beach getaway on the sand dunes, a modern home with good cooking facilities and storage, a beautiful view from every window. Less than 100m from the general store and beach. If we didn't spend the day down the beach we were basking on the expansive deck. Not just a summer getaway, the home is perfect for a cozy winter getaway with a fireplace, comfortable couch, large TV and booming sound system! Or go analogue and play the vast array of board games and pick a book from the library. We loved the scenic map of the area on the wall in the kitchen, we used it to plan our day trips to Cape liptrap, Port Albert, and Agnes Falls. Nicki's instructions were easy to follow and comprehensive. If I had to list a negative, it would be the house is not suitable for those with accessibility needs due to being high on the sand dunes with lots of stairs, owners have done what they can with walk in showers and single level open plan living, so it is not criticism of an amazing home.

Great location, but very little mobile and data reception/service. Definitely take care of your work before you come. Easy walk to an awesome beach right behind the property. Reasonable drive to a free general stores and Wilson's Prom.

Great location & house, perfect for a disconnected weekend away with family. Few basic amenities missed but otherwise house delivered as promised.
