Had a wonderful Christmas vacation here. Condo was clean, and everything was easy to access. Condo did have some slight wear and tear, but nothing too major. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were 8 of us plus a baby, and there was more than enough room to accommodate us all. Will book again!!

Over all cleanliness was okay. Previous guest determines wether or not sheets are clean so be prepared to wash sheets upon arrival. Bathrooms were left with little to no toilet paper when we arrived, but the email said you were to get a “starter package” but we never got one, hosts seem to not be fully aware we were arriving the scheduled day (booked about 2 weeks in advance) so I think that explained not having everything fully prepared. All in all facility itself is relaxing, clean and great location if you want to be near the strip but far away from the noise. Would recommend just be aware to bring paper products/toiletries/ trash bags to last you past one day and to check bed linens before.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! Loved the condo and the location. The spacious rooms and the oceanfront view were amazing! Thank you for simplifying the reservation and the check in and check out process. Would love to reserve this location again in the future!
