숙소 청결도나 노후 등 예민한 분들에겐 추천하지 않습니다. 여러개의 방과 욕실로 대가족이 크게 구애받지 않고 같이 식사하고 지내는게 목적이라면 괜찮을것 같습니다. 다만 주요 관광지와 거리가 있어 풀렌트인 경우 더 편하게 지낼 수 있을 것 같습니다.

the place was very clean and in a pretty quiet area. All of the appliances worked as well as the wifi. Could be better when it comes to amenities such as towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Otherwise, everything was as described and well taken care of.

To be honest, the last reviews weren't that good, but I chose it. It was a little old townhouse, a little remote, a little quiet, and of course any other airbnb in Guam, but the owner managed multiple homes in a separate system, the manager was late or badly contacted, there wasn't as much amenities as there was written on it, and we stayed for five days without tissues, detergents, other items, and only provided them later. The house was large and the facilities were good. It's good to stay as a family, but it's inconvenient if you don't have a rental car, and there's nothing around. Personally, it wasn't good for the price, and I think it's better to have airbnb managed by the owner himself. I won't choose next time

The only thing I wanted was to feel like home, not the limited comfort of a hotel. I rented the house as is, the environment was great, and the location was good. the unexpected lime water was a big problem for me, but I solved it by purchasing and drinking water. This is said to be a general problem in Guam, so it cannot be seen as a problem in this house. However, it would have been better if there had been some device to solve this problem.
