No groups accepted under 30 years old. Design Villa Pascoal is just 2,5km away from the beautiful Alemães beach and from Albufeira Historical Centre. This villa is in a deluxe private condominium located in a quiet area, with private pool and private parking outside the villa. This luxury and new Townhouse is divided in two floors, has 2 private parking places outside the villa and a big garden with a nice private swimming pool facing South. The villa has a wide view on Albufeira. On the ground floor, we find a deluxe and modern kitchen, a living and dining room facing the garden, with direct pool access, a double bedroom and a bathroom with tub. Climbing to the first floor We reach the first floor through modern and wide stairs we find a double-bedded room, a bathroom with shower and a modern suite. The suite has a big double bed, a bathroom with a double shower and a lovely balcony with table and chairs to relax overviewing the city of Albufeira. Getting back to the ground floor we can find a nice garden with private swimming pool, sun lounges and shades. The living room has a luxurious lounge area with sofas, cable TV and free WIFI. The dining area has air conditioning, a dinner table, chairs and air conditioning. The modern kitchen is fitted with modern and top quality equipment: electric ceramic hob, exhaust fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. The villa has solar panels. For your comfort and safety, the house is equipped with electric shutters, electric gate, armoured door and video intercom. On the ground floor, there is a double-bedded room with air conditioning and a bathroom with tub. Getting to the first floor we can a double-bedded room with air conditioning and a bathroom with double shower. At last we find a modern and luxurious suite with a big double bed, air conditioning, a design bathroom with double shower and a nice balcony facing south with table and chairs for relaxing moments with a wide city view. In case the villa is used by children it’s available, upon request, a baby chair and a baby cot. There is also available in the villa a first aid kit, iron and iron board.

Villa lived up to expectations Spacious and spotless with great pool and garden seating and bbq Very near a huge supermarket which is ideal. Ubers or walk to town.
This place is amazing and looks just like the pics, perfect for our family vacation. They have a cotbed too. I didn’t use it as we took our own but it looked perfectly fine. The Villa was spotless, spacious, the most comfortable beds and pillows, super peaceful. Huge intermache 5 min walk, and you can easily walk to new or old town within 20ish minutes, or a super short Uber! 10/10 I hope to stay again!
Beautiful Villa in a quiet area with minimal street noise at night. Feels very spacious inside and lovely pool and garden with dining area just as good as the photos. The name of the Villa ‘design Villa Pascoal’ comes up on the Uber app as a destination so very convenient. Thanks to Sergio for his assistance in arranging transfers to/from airport too. This really is a luxury Villa and we would stay again. Highly recommended.
As a family of four, my husband and our two girls aged 11 and 12 had a fantastic week at this villa. The Villa is fabulous, super clean and modern. It has everything you need including a washing machine. The garden and pool are fantastic, the seating at the end of the garden was really nice, we sat there as a family a lot. Sun loungers by the pool are very comfortable and there is an awning for anyone who wants some shade. The villa is in an amazing location, there is a large Intermarche supermarket within a 3 minute walk from the property, which meant we had no need for a car. We went out into Albuferia old town most evenings for dinner, lovely atmosphere. Sergio the host was excellent, great local recommendations and super helpful and friendly with anything we needed. Would highly recommend this villa, we will definitely return!!

This Design Villa is in Vale Pedras area, near Albufeira city centre and the Aveiros / Inatel / Inatel beaches. Less than 1Km away you can find two Pingo Doce Supermarkets and ATM machines. Around 200m away from the property there is Maxi Pizza Restaurant, Bar Il Café and two city bus “Giro” stops. Should you prefer a livelier area, around 1,5km away (around 4mns by car) you can find the always busy strip in Oura with the most famous bares and discos.
Albufeira lays on the Algarve’s coastline, right in the centre of the Algarve. It is visited by many tourists since the 60’s and is a reference in the world’s touristic destinations, known by its gastronomy, beaches and buzzing nightlife. Albufeira has around 30kms of coastline and some unique beaches like the Olhos de Água Beach where freshwater springs can be found among the rocks. Other very well-known beaches are Praia dos Pescadores, Praia do Peneco and Praia da Oura.
Near Albufeira you can also find Water Parks, Shopping Centres, Golf Courses and other attractions that will turn your vacations in the Algarve an experience to be repeated. The Faro International Airport is 38kms away.
