NOT AS SHOWN IN PICTURES!!! Pure BAIT AND SWITCH. False advertising. No panoramic view in apt 1. You look out at the high grass and old suv parked on lawn. Fridge did not work. Wifi wasn't working, dishes in sink upon arrival with dead ants- but I was told they were clean; however, NO dish soap to be found - the bed was a piece of foam on wood which was NOT comfortable, only 2 old pots in the apt, outlets had wires hanging out of the walls, toilet kept running on its own every 35-40 min for no reason, old rca tv wasn't even hooked up upon arrival, TINFOIL on the bathroom window instead of a curtain, one old hard love seat in living room that was hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The place was terrible. I had to move out as soon as I could find somewhere to go. I asked for a frypan day one and was told they would bring one. Never got a frypan. I was told they would reimburse me for the food that went bad in fridge as it wasn't working and never received that either. The location is NOT GOOD for tourists. It's approx. 3/4 mile in off the main road to get a taxi. So you would need a car. This was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and really ruined most of my vacation. I've been to St Kitts many times and this is NOT for tourists. I asked to see the apt that was shown in pictures on the listing I rented based on and was always ignored and never shown it. BOOK ELSEWHERE. Save yourself the trouble.

Latoya's place exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment has high ceilings, is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Her contact on the island was friendly, responsive and helpful. The apt is located in a quiet neighborhood and the panoramic view is truly breathtaking. I'm already planning my return trip.
