I had a wonderful stay! Easy to find, the room was very comfortable, and everything was very clean and tidy! The property is absolutely beautiful, with fantastic views. We were up for the eclipse, and Anna let us go in the property and recommended a good spot for the viewing.

Unfortunately, our stay with Anna and Nick did not fully meet our expectations for a comfortable visit. For those staying during cold seasons, you should know that the house furnace is in your room, right next to the bed. Between 2-4am, the furnace loudly started up and stopped every half hour. This kept us awake for several hours and impacted our sleep that night. Future potential guests should also know that the owners have two large dogs who occasionally bark. These dogs are also off-leash on their property. Fair enough. However, as my fiancee was walking towards our rental car, one of the dogs charged her and was barking its head off. Thankfully the dog slipped in some snow as it was barreling towards her so it could not jump up on her. If you are afraid of dogs, this could be quite upsetting. We appreciated that Anna apologized and got her dog under control right away. But we feel it is important for future guests to be aware that there are off leash dogs around.

Anna's place was clean & well decorated... close to town but in a peaceful rural setting. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, utensils and even basic things like oil, seasonings, etc...

We had a nice stay in Anna’s downstairs apartment when we came up to the area for a weekend bike race. Anna communicated all necessary info in advance and we arrived to a clean space with plenty of linens and a very well-supplied kitchen. Nice views of the forest in their backyard, and a very quiet area located up some well-maintained dirt roads. The bed was super soft (we actually preferred the harder futon, but that’s personal preference), and we were very cozy with the adjustable heater while sipping a beer and watching a movie after race day. Thanks!

L'endroit est très tranquille et le logement confortable avec tout ce qui est nécessaire. Comme dit déjà dans d'autres commentaires le logement est situé sous la maison de Ana et Nick et l'isolation sonore n'est pas impeccable. Cela n'empêche toutefois pas de profiter et de se reposer. Enfin Nick et Ana sont disponibles en cas de soucis et les chiens sont adorables :)
