Such a beautiful and unique house! We had a great stay and Shinkyong was so accommodating of the two infants in our group (high chairs & crib).

We book the place for my family celebrating Christmas. This place is comfortable and big enough for eight of us. The Kitchen is amazing, super well stocked on pots, utensils, plates, it has all we need and my mom is very happy cooking multiple meals for us. This place has many nice paintings of the host art work and we like it a lot. There are a few things that I hope future guests would know is that this building is well designed and arranged but it is an old building so it has all the issues old buildings has. The floor is loud, and stairs is kind of steep and it is a bit challenging for my parents (70+) . all rooms are on second floor, the rooms are nice and spacious. Bathroom is clean but the water pressure works a bit random. overall it is a good stay and we have a good time there with family.

We’d stay again in a flash! Shinkyong’s house is a treasure - a spacious, airy mansion wonderfully modernized and filled with her art and other treasures, on a beautiful property. Perfect for our group of ten to do thanksgiving dinner, with a large well- stocked kitchen and roomy dining room. The living room was perfect for hanging out by the fireplace with books and games. All in all, wonderful!

Our family enjoyed our time at this home. It was the ideal location for 2 days away to be together. Shinkyong stocked the house generously with essentials to cook our meals as well as water, coffee, bug spray/sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and every single serving dish you could need to set a table. The home has so much charm and is the perfect combination of a historic home with modern amenities. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the property. Shinkyong was very accessible if we needed anything. We felt comfortable and are grateful for the hospitality.

Host and place were absolutely incredible. Beds were very comfortable and all the bathrooms had more than enough amenities. Grounds were well kept and beautiful and the kitchen is a chefs delight. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Shinkyong!
