I can't say enoigh about Anny's Farm House. I had my family in for my grandson's baptism at Trinity Episcopal Church in Upperville and we had a splendid time. The setting was perfect for our family gathering and everyone was wowed by tbe comfort of the home and the hunt country views! Our host Stephen was amazing and I cannot recommend this place enough!

I would definitely stay at this location again and again. The beds were super comfortable and the home was clean and tidy. The beautiful scenery created such a relaxing atmosphere. Our grandkids loved the large yard and spent most of their time playing football, lacrosse or enjoying the horses. The drive to Middleburg or the local wineries was easy. Definitely one of the best AirB&B’s we have stayed at!!

Great location and a wonderful home for a weekend getaway. The host ( Steve) was responsive to all communication and made sure the check in process and time there was stress free. We look forward to returning on another occasion.
